Payment FAQ

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

There are 2 ways in which you may pay for your purchases :

1) Via credit/debit card when placing your order : We accept most cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Electron cards.

2) Cash on Collection from one of our stores

Is it safe to send credit/debit card details over the web?

All transactions through our site are totally secure because your details are encrypted and sent through a secure connection and can only be read by us once we receive it. Depending on your browser, a key or other padlock symbol will appear usually in the lower right hand corner.

The encryption technique used is certified by JCC Secure Payment Gateway.

If I don’t want to pay online what do I do?

You can pay via  Cash-On-Collection.

When will I be charged?

The credit card is processed and authorised online when you place your order. Payment is processed once the goods have been despatched to you.

Do you deliver to my country?

Order placed on our website can be collection from one of our Collection point stores.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Return FAQ

How do I return unwanted products?

Ikoagora guarantees your purchases and the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange. Returned goods must be unused/unworn, with their labels intact and in their original packaging.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of food, personal case and hygiene products, except in the case of a faulty good.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Ikoagora carries out a quality check of its products. Therefore the likelihood of receiving a faulty product is greatly reduced. However, should you discover a faulty item in your order, return it to any of the Ikoagora stores.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please return it to to any of the Ikoagora collection stores.

I returned an item. Have you received it?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we shall notify you. If you do not hear from us within the expected time period, please contact us to let us know.

The product I want is temporarily unavailable. Will you be getting more in stock?
